Where the group began, in Folsom in 2008. Each restaurant goes by its city, such as Mylapore Sunnyvale, and they all cook the same home-style vegetarian food, made the traditional way.

Idly Express
The group's quick-service brand, opened in Milpitas in 2021. The menu is built around South Indian breakfast dishes and served all day, and the batters come from the group's central kitchen, so every counter serves the same idly.

Mylapore Express
The group's delivery business and online store, started in 2018 for busy working households. Its kitchens cook a menu that changes through the week, and its own drivers deliver the dishes chilled and ready to heat. The pantry range reaches well beyond any one kitchen's delivery area.
